Theta Healing
Theta Healing uses your natural Theta brainwave state to access a deep state of relaxation and direction by your consciousness to heal. During a Theta Healing session the practitioner will identify which key beliefs are holding your physical or emotional issue in place. The practitioner will use muscle-testing to uncover deeply-held beliefs and restrictive karma that act as blocks to one’s full potential, then transforms them by placing recipients in a Theta brain-wave state. This will be done intuitively and also through a process called ‘digging’. Digging is a technique used to work down through the layers of our set beliefs to uncover their root, the core belief.

Massage & Spa

Traditional Thai Massage
Thai Massage is new to modern spas, but it is actually an ancient form of massage thought to have been developed by Buddhist monks in Thailand 2,500 years ago. It uses passive stretching and gentle pressure along the body’s energy lines to increase flexibility, relieve muscle and joint tension and balance the body’s energy systems. Thai massage typically works with compression –rhythmic pressing movements directed into muscle tissues by either the hand or fingers. Thai massage usually takes place on a futon mat on the floor, with the client wearing loose or stretchy clothing like yoga gear. The therapist is also on the mat and moves your body into various stretches and positions, without any work on your part. This is why it is sometimes called “lazy man’s yoga”. Thai massage can be both relaxing and energizing, so it is a good choice if you want to be active after your massage.

Although our feet do a lot of work, they are the least pampered part of our body. In fact, foot massage has been practiced in different cultures for years to promote health and well-being. Also, it has been a valuable part of complementary and alternative medicine. Combine a regular foot massage with reflexology to promote psychological as well as physical health. Reflexology is an ancient healing practice based on the principle that there are reflex points on the feet that correspond to the body’s different organs and glands. These points are located on the soles, ankles, toes and upper part of the foot. In reflexology, pressure is applied to special areas on the feet with specific thumb, finger or hand techniques. Stimulating and applying pressure to these reflexes on the feet is definitely pleasurable, but at the same time it helps promote good health.

Abdominal Massage
As a part of Thai massage therapy, abdominal massage is an important element often forgotten or skipped by some therapist. Every organ in our body is connected to particular emotions and, as “hara “is the energy centre in our bodies, it is important to treat this area of our body with a lot of attention and care. By massaging our abdomen we can help to purify and cleanse our internal organs and restore overall balance – not only physically but also mentally, emotionally and energetically. If one of our organ’s function is slightly disabled, it affects the whole body as everything is connected.
