WORK EXCHANGE MARKETING

 

SPECIFIC TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Digital Guru:  Play a supporting role in growing our email database, generating leads, updating blog content (Wordpress/Cornerstone) with heartfelt copy and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram and YouTube). 
  • Designer: Capable of making digital designs (using Canva), that can also live across print media too.
  • Videography: There are always magical moments happening at Orion and we would like you to help us share these with the world. Support us with planning shootings with our digital agency.
  • Grow with the Flow: Embrace the essence of yoga and remain flexible when supporting other areas of our business. 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Online marketing experience in a brand that thinks quick and moves even quicker.
  • Passion for purpose-driven marketing, healthy living, and empowering others.
  • Knowledgeable on topics relating to Yoga, Wellness and other healing modalities.
  • Strong planning and time management skills, to consistently hit deadlines.
  • Cultivates a growth mindset and is committed to realizing their full potential.

RECEPTIONIST

 

SPECIFIC TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Warm Welcome and Customer Service: Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring a positive first impression of our healing center.
  • Managing check-ins and check-outs, ensuring that guests are always well taken care of and have everything they need.
  • Address inquiries, provide information about services, and assist with booking appointments.
  • Administrative Support: Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a professional and efficient manner. 
  • Facility Coordination: Oversee the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming. Coordinate with housekeeping to maintain a pristine environment for guests.

SKILLS,  IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Prior experience in Hospitality & Tourism industry preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and the ability to respond appropriately to changing situations
  • Living in Koh Phangan or an ability to relocate

  • Dedicated and passionate vegan chef with expertise in executing menus to the highest standards and managing kitchen teams efficiently.
  • Demonstrates ability to ensure quality and consistency in every dish.
  • Efficiently manages kitchen teams, fostering a collaborative environment.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledgeable on topics related to vegan cooking and Conscious living and cuisine, detox, and wellness. Is up to date with the latest vegan food trends.
  • Strong planning and time management skills.
  • Costing, inventory and product management.
  • Currently residing in Koh Phangan or willing to relocate for a full-time position.
