Intuitive Eating is about healing your relationship with food and body image, breaking the cycle of dieting and learning to trust your body again. There’s no rules, no calorie counting and no meal plans. It’s about learning to recognise your biological cues and let them guide your food choices. It’s an empowering journey which makes you the expert of your own body, as you go through and learn the 10 principles of intuitive eating. You will gain the confidence to know that your body will tell you what to eat, how much and when at any point in time.

Our Registered Nutritionist (ANutr) will provide a space for you to share your issues and she guide you through the process of becoming an intuitive eater. With a strong scientific background and many years of personal and professional experience, you can be rest assured that you will receive high quality service.
