CANCELLATION POLICY

All payments, deposits & program costs are non-refundable
There is a 2,500 THB Orion processing fee for any amendments/cancellations.
Failure to check-in without notice (no show) automatically forfeits all payments and cancels the booking.
Early departure will automatically forfeit all costs for your room and program.
During periods where construction is underway, there are no refunds for early check out nor upgrades to higher category rooms.
Cancellation fee for bookings cancelled more than 14 days before arrival date, the amount will be credited. Credit is transferable and valid for 18 months. Credit can be used for Programs (with accommodation), 200 HR YTTC (with accommodation), yoga classes, treatments, steam/sauna/ice bath, and Orion café menu items.
Cancellation fee for bookings cancelled less than 14 days before arrival date, the 35% non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. If the full amount is paid the remainder will be refunded in the form of a Credit Voucher.
In the event that you are unable to join us due to force majeure or a medical emergency, a credit for future use may be provided. Prices may vary, depending on season and package availability.
In the unlikely event we cancel the YTT you will receive a full refund if you can’t reschedule to another available course date, or another program.
