This is me after a 7 day fast and at the morning of day 8 where i broke my fast. Many of you asked how my 11 day detox program at Orion Healing went so I wanted to share a bit.⠀
I entered into this program feeling amazing in my body, i have no issues with my digestion or anything. i am very smart about what i eat and have a strongly developed connection to my body where i intuitively know what is good for me in terms of food, when to eat, when not and which combinations are good and which ones dangerous. this did not come over night but over the past 15 years strongly diving into the topic and experimenting.⠀
For the past six years i've been eating vegetarian. four years ago i started doing intermittent fasting. since 1.5 years i eat completely plant based. this means that i've been eating and living very healthy for the past let's say five years. before that i lived active but ate lots of meat and dairy products which built up a ton of waste and acidity in my body. also the pollution from air, water, medications you once took and so on gets stuck in your body on physical and emotional level and is consuming your energy and focus. it was time for me to cleanse and get rid of all that stuff from the first 25 years of my life so that i can continue living to my fullest.⠀
During the program i fasted for full 7 days and did colemas twice a day. since i was not putting anything in but stuff was still coming out, i knew this was the accumulated waste of those decades. my weight dropped by 6kg (13lbs) but i stayed lean, strong and focused. i continued my daily 2h practice which felt incredible. i also let go of about 100 gallstones which were occupying my liver and gallbladder as well as several parasites. everyone has those stones, parasites and waste.⠀
Not only physically but also emotionally this was a massive breakthrough for me and i am so happy i had the chance to be under such good guidance! doing the fast is just 50% of the cleanse, the other is what you do right after. the first 7-10 days after the cleanse are extremely important and i am very strategic about it to build very good and strong digestion bacteria that sets me up for a strong future !
