CALLING ALL YOGA TEACHERS! If you are a qualified yoga teacher and looking to enhance your teaching skills then this 10 hour Yoga Alliance accredited course is perfect for you. This course will teach you new and exciting ways to build dynamic sequences to give your teaching a fresh boost. You will leave with a new skill set and a number of sequences already developed and ready to use.
Take your teaching to the next level by learning how to safely and efficient give hands-on-adjustments during class. This skill is very useful for helping students go deeper into their practice and to improve alignments. Network with other yoga teachers, share skills and ideas and leave feeling excited and passionate to teach again.
Sarah completed her initial 200 hours yoga teacher training in Thailand and since then she has trained in 2 further vinyasa courses, yin and myofascial release, hands-on adjustments and anatomy. She founded and ran her own yoga studio in Scotland for 3 years and has been the lead teacher on two yoga teacher training courses in Spain and India. To date Sarah has over 2,500 hours teaching experience. Every class she teaches is thoughtful, planned, stimulating and guaranteed to leave students, beginners to advanced, feeling empowered and eager to return to the mat.
