Hatha Yoga - Uses Yoga asanas (positions) and breath to harmonize body and mind.
My aim is to give people inspiration to practice yoga and allow them freedom in the postures for perception of senses, expansion and inspiration (breath as well as insight).
The practice of yoga creates alignment in the physical body and also an alignment with where you are right now to your true path.
For me my yoga mat has always been my sanctuary, a place where I go and my mind stills. My aim is to create a space for others to experience....whatever yoga may be for them.
In the yoga classes we focus on positions, breath and correct body alignment. Each student will be shown how to find the correct position for their body, a position in which the breath can flow in and out the body with ease.
I teach students to work through softness, rather than stress. In this way we accept where we are today and move forward with ease.
Yoga is for everyone and all levels are welcome.

Yoga lessons are held daily 9.00am and 4.00 pm Mon -Saturday
Please arrive wearing comfortable clothes that allow you to move.
