Shala Rental Condition

Orion Healing Centre has 2 yoga shalas that are available for rental. Our cozy and private Jungle Shala holds a max capacity of 25 students. Our larger Circle Shala has a max capacity of 40-45 students. It is also equipped with with two Iyengar walls that hold up to 8 students each.
All Shala’s come with mats, blocks and straps.
Prices vary depending on the seasons. Please send us your enquiry with all relevant information of your planned retreat to yoga.orionhealing@gmail.com.

Reservation & Payment Terms

• Confirmation of reservation: Your shala reservation will be confirmed once you have returned a signed booking form and paid a deposit of 60% of the total cost. Please note that the deposit must be paid within 7 days after receipt of the invoice date, and is non-refundable.
• Long-term reservation: 90 days prior to the event, we request payment of a deposit up to 100% of the total amount.
• Short-term reservation: Any reservations under 90 days we require payment upon reservation.
• Cancellation policy: Please send an email to yoga.orionhealing@gmail.com at any date prior to the event. Please note that all deposits paid are non-refundable.

Deposits

Short-term reservation (Less than 7 days): 100% of total amount nonrefundable.
Long-term reservation (90 days or over): 60% of total amount nonrefundable.
Next Payment 100% under 90 days before event amount is nonrefundable.
Refund is not available on any deposits that have been paid, can be transferred within 6 months of event date, subject to management decision.

Refunds are not available once final payments have been made.
