Reiki is available to all people and is transmitted by a unique system of attunements. Reiki uses the laying of hands and distance healing techniques. A Reiki treatment leaves people feeling relaxed and at peace with the world and gives a general sense of well being. Reiki harmonises and de-stresses the physical and emotional body. It can be used on humans, animals plants and even situations. It uses universal energy so that the giver is never drained, in fact giving a session energises and balances both persons. It is available to all people regardless of age, gender, culture or religion. Reiki helps us to get back in touch with our inner voice and enables us to receive inspiration from our spiritual guides. Reiki is a multilevel healing technique which means that it works on all levels, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual, as well as other levels that we are unaware of consciously. A Reiki initiation attunes you to the Universal Energy or Divine source and enables you to channel this energy through your hands. This attunnment is a deeply spiritual experience. Learning Reiki will enable you to channel this energy to bring balance your chakras (energy centers in the body), release energy blockages and connect with your higher self.

Rei means "holy," "spirit," "mystery," "gift," "nature spirit," "invisible spirit," "universal," "spiritual." Reiki was rediscovered at the end of the 19th century by Dr. Mikao Usui, a Japanese spiritualist, after an extended fast and meditation. The roots of Reiki are said to be in many of the worlds ancient cultures, but Reiki does not belong to anybody. Reiki is neither mine or yours neither old or young. Reiki is passed on by initiation from Master to student. Ari and Daliah have direct documented linage to Dr Mikao Usui.

Our Reiki Mastership program is divided into Reiki Master and Reiki Master Teacher. It is possible to study them as one unit. We give 3 symbols for Reiki Master and 6 symbols in Reiki Master Teacher- 3 Master symbols and 3 other symbols. Students of Reiki Master Teacher Level are invited and recommended to observe us teaching Reiki courses and practice treatments and initations following completion of their Mastership course. Reiki courses start twice weekly.

The secret to making Divine Love a reality lies in feeling and expressing all the emotions that don't feel like love, and doing so free of any blame or criticism. Since emotional upsets are always opportunities to heal the past, I agree to breathe every breath as deeply as possible since the more deeply I breathe, the greater my awareness of the emotions that are buried deep inside me. To the people in my life I say "You have my permission to be emotionally honest with me and I ask for your permission to be emotionally honest with you. At those times when you get triggered in to an emotionally upset by something that I have said or done, rather than withdrawing, I ask that you express your emotion directly to me while keeping in mind that I am not to blame for what you are feeling. Instead of getting defensive, I will do my best to receive your honest emotional expression as a gift. And with your permission, when I feel hurt or angry or frightened in relation to something that you've said or done, I will not withdraw from you but express my emotion openly with the awareness that you are not to blame for what I am feeling. At such times, I will ask that you receive my honest emotional expression as a gift, even if my emotion is difficult for you to be with. "In addition, if I speak critically of you, please remind me to explore my own irritation rather than continuing to focus on what I think is wrong with you. And if you get critical of me, I will remind you to explore your inner irritation rather than continuing to focus on what you perceive is wrong with me. "By being together in these ways, to the best of our abilities, we can help one another remove the barriers which keep us separate and stand in the way of the intimacy and unconditional love we long for." Breathe deeply, feel and express every emotion that arises, do not blame, criticize, or get defensive, and remember that emotional upsets are always blessings in disguise….
