Duty Manager Wanted

Orion Healing Centre is looking for an experienced, motivated, energetic and enthusiastic duty manager. The Duty manager will make sure staff is executing their tasks in line with their job description and Wellness centre guidelines.

Some of the qualities we are looking for:

– Preferably experience in Yoga or Detox/Wellness (or willingness to learn)
– Fluent in English and Thai (speak and write)
– Experience in handling guest complaints and requests
– Enjoy interacting with different personalities and nationalities
– All-round, willing to assist at all levels and in all departments (F&B, HSK and FO)
– Passionate Team worker
– Disciplined, committed and responsible
– Knows how to handle difficult guests/staff
– Able to take responsibility, manage and delegate a team
– Self-starter, takes own initiatives
– Creative and problem solving skills
– Well-kept appearance
– Trustworthy, disciplined and diligent
– Report directly to the directors and General Manager
– A drive to outperform expectations from our guests and owners
